From Pending to LIVE!

We love working with our independent Promoters  and look forward to supporting your event story.

As part of this support, all our events are reviewed and approved by our Ticketing Administrators before going LIVE on the ticket platform.

Pending & Approvals mode… This is done to ensure the event:

• is correctly listed and easy to identify by Patrons.

• Optimised for sales and searchable online.

• Has descriptive and accurate ticket tiers.

  We aim to complete this process within 2 hrs.

If your event is lacking key information, such as a confirmed venue, ticketing description etc, you will need to email us when this is completed.

Once confirmed and approved, the next email you received will be;

• announcing your event listing on our ticket platform

• details of the event unique and shorten URL link

• any qualifying promotional services
